The Council on Chemical Abuse participates in more than a dozen local, state and national campaigns that raise awareness about substance use prevention, treatment and recovery. These include one-day events like National Night Out; monthlong recognitions like Recovery Month in September; and year round media like the John R. Elliot HERO Campaign for Designated Drivers® and Parents Who Host Lose the Most.
