Case Management

For many people entering recovery, case management services are provided to help resolve other problems that surround the addictive behavior. Case management services can assist with health care, psychiatric care, housing, support networks, education, vocational training, and employment.

Case Management services are designed for those individuals who present with multiple needs and lack the skills or resources to meet those needs.

The two primary goals of case management:

  1. Increase client retention in, and completion of, drug and alcohol treatment in an effort to move clients toward recovery and self-sufficiency
  2. Increase an individual’s level of self-sufficiency based on the client’s needs
