We Need Your Input
The Council on Chemical Abuse (COCA) serves as the coordinating agency for drug and alcohol services in Berks County. Through its leadership role, COCA provides oversight of services that prevent substance use and promote treatment and recovery from addiction.
Every five years, COCA engages in a needs assessment process that examines the local demand and utilization of the continuum of drug and alcohol treatment services as well as barriers to accessing services. Part of this needs assessment process is to engage community input as to their perceptions of drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services.
We believe your input is valuable in this needs assessment process. Please utilize the link below to complete the COCA Community Substance Use Services Survey by September 15, 2026.
