Party with a Purpose Registration Form for Organizations

This year’s Party with a Purpose prevention education event scheduled for April 18, 6-8 p.m. will focus on helping families make connections with school and  community resources. Please fill out the form below to register your organization to participate in this event. Organizations have two options for participation:

1. Have an agency representative table at the event and a listing in a Community Resource Guide that will be given to attendees.
2. Have your agency listed in the Community Resource Guide with no table or representatives (you can provide brochures or pamphlets for us to hand out if you choose this option).

Deadline for submissions will be Friday, March 25, 2022.  This deadline is firm.  No exceptions please as it takes time to create the booklet.
