Recovery Month 2024 Events

Every September we recognize Recovery Month, celebrating the gains made by those in recovery from substance use disorder, just as we celebrate improvements made by those who are managing other health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and heart disease.

For 2024, we have a calendar full of activities planned!

Recovery Month 2024 – Berks County Events

• Sunday, Sept. 8 Berks Recovery Walk & Celebration 10 AM – 1 PM 
• Fridays, Sept. 6, 13, & 27 Sundaes on Friday at the RISE 4-5 PM
• Saturday, Sept. 7 Community Clean Up at the RISE 8:30 AM- 12 PM
• Mondays, Sept. 9, 23, & 30 Mindfulness Monday at the RISE 4-5 PM
• Tuesday, Sept. 10 Taco Tuesday at the RISE 12-1:30 PM
• Wednesday, Sept. 11 Recovery & Me at the RISE 12 PM – 1 PM
• Wednesday, Sept. 18 No Drama Game Night at the RISE 6-7 PM
• Tuesday, Sept. 23 Recovery Day in Harrisburg
• Sunday, Sept. 29 Recovery & Football at the RISE 12:30 PM -3 PM
• Saturday Sept. 28 Soberstock @ EDI 12 -3 PM
