COCA’s 2025 Summer Program Teaches Bright Choices

Every summer, COCA’s Prevention Team provides free prevention programming to Berks County summer camps, playgrounds and youth programs. This year, our Prevention Specialists are developing fun activities around the theme “Bright Choices, Choose Healthy.” The program consists of four sessions that incorporate inclusive, enjoyable activities that equip youth with the skills to avoid substances and lead healthy lives.

Topics include:

• Vaping Education
• Identifying and Managing Emotions
• Conflict Resolution & Peer Pressure
• Friendships/Bullying.

Activities are suitable for ages 5-12 and can be adjusted for youth 12-14. Contact Zoe to get your summer camp involved.
