Support Group Meetings

The RISE Center (Recovery – Information – Support – Education) hosts activities and events to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use disorder. The center subscribes to the many pathways of recovery for philosophy, providing meeting space for a variety of support groups, as well as social activities for people in recovery and their families. Educational trainings for professionals in the field of drug and alcohol prevention, treatment and recovery are also held at the RISE Center.

It is not a drug and alcohol or mental health treatment facility, and no one resides at the location.

What is the RISE Center?

A tranquil environment where both individuals in recovery and family members have access to health and wellness related resources, with a specific focus on recovery from substance use disorders.
A community center staffed with Certified Recovery Specialists (CRS) with personal experience and training in recovery from substance use disorders.
A space that embraces all pathways to recovery.
A safe place for individuals in recovery to gather for meetings, activities and events.

What the RISE Center is NOT:

The RISE Center is not a drug and alcohol or mental health treatment facility but complements and reinforces the positive changes of the treatment experience.
The RISE Center is not a clubhouse. Through collaboration with community-based social services, recovery organizations, and volunteers, the RISE Center will create an essential support network for the recovering community.
