The RISE Center (Recovery – Information – Support – Education) hosts activities and events to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use disorder. The center subscribes to the many pathways of recovery for philosophy, providing meeting space for a variety of support groups, as well as social activities for people in recovery and their families. Educational trainings for professionals in the field of drug and alcohol prevention, treatment and recovery are also held at the RISE Center.

It is not a drug and alcohol or mental health treatment facility, and no one resides at the location.
