Council on Chemical Abuse – Fiscal Technician
with hybrid work schedule option
We are seeking a full-time fiscal technician responsible for maintaining our accounting system, record keeping, and performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of accounting, auditing, budgeting and financial management.
The fiscal technician examines a variety of financial records for quality and conformity, maintains a complex bookkeeping system, and enters data into the accounting system. The perfect candidate would be comfortable working independently and as a team.

TYPICAL DUTIES
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
One year of experience maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an associate degree in accounting or business administration. OR three years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records, including one year of responsible work involving the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices AND graduation from high school OR any equivalent combination of experience and training.
HOURS
Full-time position includes a 37.5 hour work week. Most hours will be worked between normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30pm. Flexibility including a hybrid work schedule.
Salary Range: $53,000 to $57,000
