Our Blind Spots: Implicit Bias Training

Reading Hospital is hosting a FREE Implicit Bias training on Friday, July 24 from 12 NOON – 2:30 PM in the Thun/Janssen Auditorium.

During this workshop, self-reflection will help you understand how examining your own biases is necessary before you can help others. Small-group exercises and all-group discussions will help us to develop tools to address race, racism, and gender biases, that will lead to the ability to build strategies to support a culture of respect, equity, and inclusion.

This training is open to the public.

Lunch will be provided.
