Don’t Gamble with Kids

Do you know that hundreds of kids each year are left unattended at Pennsylvania casinos while their parent or guardian gambles? The PA Gaming Control Board is seeking to raise awareness about this unfortunate problem that puts children at risk and can lead to significant legal consequences for adults. The new campaign, “Don’t Gamble with Kids,” is designed to shed light on the issue and warn the gaming public to look for and report incidents of children left unattended.

“Leaving kids unattended for even one bet is never worth the gamble and together we can work to stop this problem,” the Don’t Gamble with Kids website states.

People caught leaving children unattended while visiting a casino can face serious legal, financial and social consequences
