The Council on Chemical Abuse has issued a Request for Proposals for the provision of tobacco cessation services for adult Spanish speaking participants in Berks County. Must be a Berks County organization to be eligible. An informational pre-proposal conference will be held on December 11, 2024. Proposals are due to COCA by December 16, 2024 and a contract will be awarded January 14, 2025. Please see RFP for all important timelines and details.
