Zumba for Recovery

Zumba is a popular Latin-inspired dance workout that improves physical fitness and concentration, in a fun, stress-free environment that is beneficial for individuals in recovery from addiction. Classes are held at the RISE Center on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. This is a FREE class. No registration required.
