Winner Circle

Meetings every Thursday from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM at the RISE Center, 702 N. 8th Street in Reading.

The Winner Circle Meeting is open to men who have been or are currently in the judicial system and who are willing to change their lifestyle.

A meal will be provided from 6:30 to 7:00 PM, and the meeting will take place from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.
