Virtual Lunch & Learn: Escape the Vape

Professionals working with elementary through college-aged youth are invited to join us for a virtual Lunch & Learn about the health risks of vaping.

According to the 2019 Pennsylvania Youth Survey (PAYS), vaping is the most prevalent drug of abuse among Berks County students surveyed in grades 6, 8 and 10. Adults working with and caring for youth need to be educated on the reality of vaping to help keep adolescents nicotine-free. This lunch and learn presentation will examine how electronic nicotine delivery systems work, the health and safety risks associated with adolescent vaping, and other information designed to help professionals provide youth with the resources to make the best life choices.
