This is a two-day, virtual workshop scheduled for 9:30 a.m. – noon on Dec. 15 & 16, 2020.

This course defines the practice of strength-based intensive case management services for those with substance abuse disorders.  It provides a broad overview of the case management concept and where it fits in substance abuse treatment.

This training is sponsored by the Council on Chemical Abuse and the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs.

This training will be held online and REQUIRES each individual to be logged in on their own computer. Individuals may not share a computer. Individuals may not use a cell phone to attend this training. All individuals MUST have a working video camera and microphone TURNED ON for the duration of the training.

About the Trainer

Sarah Davis received her Master’s Degree from University of Maryland in 1994. She has been working in the field of drug and alcohol both in clinical and management positions since 1991. She has been an approved Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs trainer since 1997, both teaching classes and working in curriculum development.
