The Screening and Assessment training provides participants with the knowledge needed to provide these services to individuals in Pennsylvania who are possibly in need of SUD services.  The training will include an overview of the skills necessary in conducting screenings and assessments, as well as tools required by DDAP. Emergent care issues and priority populations will also be discussed.  This training focuses on the Level of Care assessment, as opposed to the clinical assessment.​​

This training is required for all persons providing contracted case management services and treatment services, as well as their supervisors, and must be completed within 365 days of hire.  This requirement is set forth by DDAP.​
