
DDAP VIRTUAL TRAINING: Screening and Assessment (Parts 1 & 2)
This is a VIRTUAL two-day DDAP (PA Dept of Drug & Alcohol Programs) training that takes place on ZOOM Tuesday and Wednesday, June 17 & 18, 2025, from 9 AM – 12 PM BOTH DAYS
This course addresses the requirements for drug and alcohol screening and assessment of adults in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The required components of each tool, emergent care issues, screening options, level of case management determination, interviewing techniques and review of the DSM-5 Criteria for Substance Use Disorders will be covered.
Please Note: This 6-hour training is held in two 3-hour sessions virtually over the course of two days and you must attend both sessions to receive the certificate of completion. All virtual training participants are required to join scheduled trainings with video and audio and must remain ON CAMERA for the duration of the training. Riding in a vehicle during the training is prohibited.

About the Trainer
Sarah Davis received her Master’s Degree from University of Maryland in 1994. She has been working in the field of drug and alcohol both in clinical and management positions since 1991. She has been an approved Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs trainer since 1997, both teaching classes and working in curriculum development.
