This is a two-day DDAP (PA Dept of Drug & Alcohol Programs) training that takes place through ZOOM on Tuesday, February 25 to Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM BOTH DAYS

This training will build on the information in the online Case Management Overview training. Participants will be provided with skills needed to provide case management services to individuals. Completion of the online training is required before attending the in-person or virtual training.

PRE-REQUISITE COURSE: The online Case Management Overview course MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE the Case Management Skills training. Here is a link to the On Demand training: https://tms.ddap.pa.gov/training/case-management/case-management-overview-on-demand/

Please Note: This 6-hour training is held in two 3-hour sessions over the course of two days and you must attend both sessions to receive the certificate of completion. ALL VIRTUAL TRAINING PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO JOIN WITH VIDEO AND AUDIO AND MUST REMAIN ON CAMERA FOR THE DURATION OF THE TRAINING.
