Dancing with a Purpose

This event takes place on Thursday, April 11 at Albright College Bollman Center Gym from 5-7 PM.

Come join us for an evening of dancing and discussion at the Albright College Bollman Center Gym located at 1810 N 13th St, Reading, PA 19604. Click here for campus map.

Students and community members are invited to join the Council on Chemical Abuse for a fun evening of dance while we discuss important social issues related to alcohol. This is a family-friendly event and children are welcome to participate. Event will include:

• Salsa and Zumba instructions
• A demo and lesson by Albright’s Xion Step & Dance Team
• Delicious food from Old San Juan Cafe
• Music by DJ Special D

Featured speaker Rosa Julia Parra, CEO of Palo Magazine, will lead a bilingual discussion on binge drinking in English and Spanish, with an opportunity for participants to ask questions and share their thoughts.
