The Council on Chemical Abuse provides educational resources on addiction-related topics, including information on drugs, alcohol, tobacco, addiction, prevention, treatment and recovery. Brochures, pamphlets, and educational presentations are available to Berks County residents and businesses at no cost.
The Council on Chemical Abuse has a team of Prevention Specialists who provide a variety of educational programs to schools and community groups in Berks County.
