The Council on Chemical Abuse has issued a Request for Proposals for the provision of tobacco cessation services for adult Spanish speaking participants in Berks County. Must be a Berks County organization to be eligible. An informational pre-proposal conference will be held on October 4, 2024. Proposals are due to COCA by November 1, 2024.
