Harm Reduction Coordinator  

Council on Chemical Abuse (COCA) is seeking a candidate for the position of Harm Reduction Coordinator for a full-time position in a hybrid work environment, in Reading PA. This position provides training and technical assistance to promote harm reduction strategies throughout Berks County. Includes facilitating trainings and meetings, offering consultations with area agencies and organizations on how to best reduce harm to people who use drugs. Candidate for this position must have strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, relationship building skills and strong understanding of harm reduction philosophy and strategies, substance use disorder and recovery. Occasional night and weekend work required. Lived experience in recovery preferred.
